What to Wear for Valentine’s Day?
HAPPY FRIDAY FELLOW STYLEGAZERS! The Valentine’s Day is getting closer and closer and you might be getting closer and closer to a full-blown panic mode/meltdown, because you don’t know what to wear for that uber-romantic date. All of you taken ladies, don’t you worry! I got your back! Now, all of you single ladies out there are going to say: ”Well, someone has to ask me out first, duh! Then I’ll start caring about what to wear!” But this is what I’m going to tell you: “Hell no, girl! You are going to take your lovely self out for drinks, instead!”

Peanut butter and jelly, Lorelai and Luke, yin and yang, Ellen and Portia, ice cream and cherry, sun and life, Mulder and Scully, sushi and soy sauce, Beyoncé and Jay Z… I don’t think you can imagine one without the other. People come together and form power couples. Fashion creates power looks. And some things just go together and work like a charm - one of them being velvet and glitter.

Happy Friday fellow Stylegazers! I present to you the embroidered dream of a kimono that caught my eye a few days ago at H&M amongst racks and racks of additional 30% off clothing. How could I possibly resist? It’s a steal kind of deal and I am not the one to pass the opportunity when it presents itself.
Winter Wonderland
Covered in blankets of snow, it’s hard to see anything wrong with the world when it’s so magical. I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of winter, but it’s just so picture-perfect. “Winter” is usually accompanied by “wonderland” and it’s for a reason. What other season can be described as such? Winter has after all inspired so many writers and poets. It is such a cruel season, but oh, so stunning.
Take a Walk on the High Line
About two weeks ago, I have finally decided to take a walk on the High Line with my family. It took me five years (it’s going to be six in July) since I’ve been living here, to finally visit one of the must-see parks of Manhattan or an aerial greenway and rails-to-trails park, if you will. I know how awful that sounds and I know I have chosen possibly the worst season to see it, but I am slowly gaining a reputation for all of my awkward and poorly thought-out decisions (at least when it comes to family trips).
It’s Okay to Wear Florals in Winter
Hello my dear Stylegazers! I sincerely apologize for the silence. I decided to take a short break in order to survive the holidays, but I’m here now and back at it. I also wanted to say, HAPPY 2016! Christmas Outfit
Hello my dear Stylegazers! It’s a day before Christmas and the excitement is almost palpable. It has been raining for days here in New York and we won’t be getting any snow for Christmas, but that’s alright, because honestly, no one is noticing. The shoppers are scrambling to find last minute gifts and the wet streets are reflecting the yellow, red and green Christmas lights.

Hello my fellow Stylegazers! Yesterday was so lovely that I’ve decided to drive around a little to find a location to shoot. I went to a nearby village, because I’ve felt like I have run out of locations to choose in my own. It was a really cute, small village, with a very narrow main street and a bunch of neatly lined and very charming little stores. My idea was to take photos in the heart of the village; the main street that is, but the sun was setting and I got so distracted by the people, who were probably looking at me like I was a crazy photo-taking, sidewalk-blocking giant.

I just love the color, the cut and the groovy font. Also, the statement alone is pretty much something I would say, daily. I do constantly struggle with the question: “Should I get the French fries or not?” You know the struggle, right? You feel me?
